The Puggle is a cross between the breeds Beagle and Pug. They have become quite popular, thanks to their cheerful personality and adorable appearance.

History

The Puggle is the result of an accidental cross between a Pug and a Beagle, probably sometime in the 1990s. The breed has become very popular, thanks to its novelty, sweet nature, and adorable appearance.

There are no breed associations for the Puggle, and no efforts to make it a recognized breed. Most litters are the result of first-generation crosses between Beagles and Pugs, but there have been a few crosses of Puggles with Puggles.

Personality

The Puggle is a sweet, intelligent dog that fits easily into family life. They can be playful and cuddly and enjoy spending time with the people in their lives. Puggles usually get along well with everyone, including children and other pets.
